Order/Shipping/Wholesale Info
Orders are shipped USPS First Class mail, insured with delivery confirmation. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours. On occasion I may be off seeking treasures from the sea! Please allow up to 6 business days to ship your order. Please contact me if you have any special shipping needs.
Returns/Exchanges
It is my mission to please you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may ship it back to me within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns placed after the specified time period cannot be honored without special permission by Odonata.
Returns must be packaged in protective material and insured for proper value. Package must include a copy of invoice and request for refund or exchange. Allow 7 days from delivery to Odonata for processing your refund or exchange. Refund will include full-price for the item, less shipping costs. Please let me know the reason for your return. I appreciate any feedback from customers.
Repairs
If an item is in need of repair due to mishandling or general wear and tear a fee will be charged. Any manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at not cost.
